Just in time for the holidays! Learn on site or follow along LIVE. You'll become more confident in making incredible vegan meats and cheeses after this class. Your instructor, Steve Leinen, will start off by making and baking a vegan ham. While that is in the oven, he'll show you how to make FOUR cheeses: a holiday cheddar cheese ball, Swiss cheese sauce, fresh mozzarella, and herbed feta. If time allows, he might do sausage, pepperoni or roast beaf... but no promises! What is promised, for those on site, is a ham and cheese sandwich!
