This year, on Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year, we'll be urging H&M to stop selling wool. A PETA Asia investigator who worked undercover at a NATIVA-certified sheep farm with ties to H&M found that, despite the certification and the use of buzzwords like 'responsible' and 'traceable,' sheep were kicked, hit in the face with metal shearing equipment, and left bleeding from untreated wounds. On “Free the Animals” Friday, we'll be urging caring customers to choose from the many comfortable and durable vegan materials available and demanding H&M stop duping consumers with false assurances and ban wool.
