Delete your account
Delete your Connect For Animals account in the app or on this website. Sign in and confirm deletion so we can verify that the account is yours. You can do this even if you have not finished setting up your profile.
What deletion removes
Your sign-in access and profile are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
We’ll delete your saved items, settings, and other personal app data and images, and unsubscribe your account email from CFA marketing emails. Some cleanup takes time, and we’ll retry if it fails.
Timing and retained information
Within 30 days, we complete cleanup of the CFA account records we control, review shared records for personal app information, and submit any required deletion requests to our service providers. Provider processing can take longer. We will tell you what has been completed and what remains, and follow up on the same request. You do not need to request deletion again.
We’ll review information in shared records so we can remove your personal data without deleting someone else’s information. Limited records, such as backups, may remain as explained in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access your account
If you cannot sign in or need help with a partially created account, contact us and include the email address for the account you want deleted.
